An Odinsauga radar base tucked in the spine of Independence Ridge scans the skies for threats

The Odinsauga (”Odin’s Eye”) system is a fixed-station radar network that monitors air traffic in and around Vermont. This is accomplished by a system of four automated bases, located on the nation’s prominent peaks.
All information is collected and processed by a photonic computing cluster in the caverns of Lorne-Masta Airfield before distribution to the Air Force and Royal Intelligence Corps’ headquarters.
Additionally, identified threats are passed on to NORAD if collective air policing is requested.
As a redundancy, truck-based mobile radar can fill in gaps during an attack where stationary systems are destroyed.
